Our HMO changeover is tight, can you turn a room around between tenants?
Leeds student changeover is usually a narrow window between one tenancy ending and the next viewing. We schedule install day to that window and can do it room by room across a shared house, so occupied rooms are undisturbed.
Is it worth staging a single HMO room, or only whole properties?
