Yes, we need access for the install visit, arranged directly or through your agent. Keys can be collected from a lockbox, an agent, or handed to us on the day, whatever fits your process.
How long does install day actually take?
A typical property is one visit. HMOs with more rooms can take longer, which is reflected in the itemised quote before you approve anything, so there are no surprises on the day.
Do I need to be there on install day?
No. Most landlords aren't on site. We work from the approved quote and hand back a finished property, so your presence is optional, not required.
Can you work if a tenant is already living there?
